In today's fast-paced world, technologies have undoubtedly been integrated into our daily lives. They provide us with convenience, constant connection and entertainment. The truth is that when we talk about the benefits of technology, we often forget the cost of constant use: physical, psychological and emotional. Research shows that being constantly online contributes to chronic fatigue and feelings of anxiety and stress, common companions in modern society. That's why it’s so important to take the time to really disconnect and recharge.
Just as you leave your phone alone to charge, allow yourself that luxury too, and to really charge yourself, you'll need to leave your phone at the front desk. For some people, the idea of spending a weekend without a phone can cause concern. Therefore, in cooperation with digital health expert Lina Žemaitytė Kirkman, we have prepared a special program for you, the purpose of which is to accompany you during this weekend, help you find a balance between OFFline and ONline and reduce the negative effects of technology use. During the program, you'll gain new insights to help you manage your technology use more mindfully and consciously so you can live a healthier and more fulfilling life both online and offline. And we promise – while it may seem difficult at first – disconnecting from technologies is definitely worth it. And it is highly probable that you will like it so much that you will want to repeat it. We wish you a real, quality OFFline rest.

When you arrive at Vytautas Mineral SPA, you will leave your phone and other means of communication at the reception. Phones will be kept in a strongbox for the duration of your stay.
Since this program promotes relaxation without means of communication – telephones, computers, etc., we recommend that you do not use them for the entire duration of your stay. In case of an urgent matter, you will be given the opportunity to call, but for each time you use the phone, one treatment will be deleted.
If a case of fraud is detected, the guest will be asked to pay for the donated treatments (kinesiotherapist consultation, Flow therapy, underwater massage with bischofite salt/essential oils hydromassage bath, oxygen therapy, vertical bath therapy) worth 113 EUR.
